Cryo Valves
Flo-Tite’s Cryo Series ball valves are designed for use in low temperature and cryogenic applications. Our designs give serious consideration to thermal expansion rates and each valve is specially cleaned and degreased before final assembly to avoid contact with any hydrocarbon-based residue left on the valve parts during fabrication. This cleaning and degreasing process is mandatory to avoid the risk of ignition when hydrocarbon comes in contact with certain gases and liquids.
